In regards to the continuation of my blog of 10/05/15 regarding my struggle for getting justice.
As conveyed in the earlier blog that had complaint to Gujarat HC in January 2015 with all the evidence and write up of around several pages against the principal judge, Gandhi Nagar family court with a request to transfer my case to some other bench or to HC as I have doubt that i will get Justice from principal judge, Gandhi Nagar.
I got reply from RTI HC in April end 2015 that your appl has been ordered to be filed and in the administrative side against which I had filed appeal to Vigilance dept. HC with the HC Judgement where the remarks mention like IRREGULARITY AND ILLEGALITY for the principal judge,Gandhi Nagar in the HC Judgement.
Since than I have been continuously doing the follow up to know what action is taken and today ie., 20th August I got the confirmed news that the Principal Judge Gandhi Nagar family court has been transferred to Junagadh District Court with immediate effect.
Generally Judge Transfer is done after completing 3 years at one place but have also check regarding the principal judge whether this transfer is subject to completing 3 years or some other reason and to my surprise I found that the principal judge 6 months where there to complete 3 years and before that only his transfer is done with immediate basis.
This is a clear success to Vaastav ke Veers. In India No action is taken on the judge inspite of the evidence on record but transfer is done which is our victory.
my struggle is on for justice.
TOGETHER WE CAN AND WE WILL WIN THIS WAR FOR JUSTICE, THOUGH IT TAKES GOOD TIME DUE TO OUR JUDICIARY SYSTEM, BUT NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE
