Law and Health – WHO
New data on the harm caused by food borne illnesses underscore the global threats posed by unsafe foods, and the need for coordinated, cross-border action across the entire food supply chain, according to WHO, which next week is dedicating its annual World Health Day to the issue of food safety. The world is going to observe 7th April as World Health day, but for men it is defiantly the first priority to feed his family which always includes wife even than it is observed that the law takes a neglected took towards the men particularly in Country like India where population density and resultant competition is very high and above that it has deem that men must earn money and maintained his family but then also wife, the back bone of the family mostly not happy, and if husband insist to prepare food for him at home it can be called as Cruelty by law, because of it after long lasting day many Indian men need to take support of country instate of wine or rum which costs more. The Health tragedy of Indian men starts from the environment he get from his wife as we all know in India while deciding marriage it has been check that whether bridegroom is not alcoholic that means many Indian Husbands are Healthy and not addicted to drugs, alcohol it is situation that make man bitter, many women from well manner families has brought out husband from the addiction and also provided them proper treatment, but to day if any wife don’t want to take so much of responsibility of her husband then she try to take legal action against him with help of gender bias law like DV, 498A as not only such wife but also considerable people in society think that it is men’s responsibility to provide money and maintained wife hence men’s health problem remains neglected unless his wife takes care.
There is one major problem has arise in recent years i.e. after gender bias law made alive. That women using men’s body at its utmost and on later accused them in some female dominant law case, after care full observation it can be learned that most of the cases are identical as they are false cases even than some try new tricks to extort money from male gender. An eye opening case, FIR of which can be found at RCF Police station, Chembur locality of Mumbai city which is one of the reported crime against male gender by the Female where equal act of sex like rap performed by a divorcee woman, not only that she did it in front of camera and recorded the act to blackmail the 16 year minor male child which clearly indicate women can make criminal conspiracy which is crime under law. Just think how many people stood a side the 16 year old minor male child even after he has audio visual clip as compare Nagaland mob and also remember so many such mishap are happening with men but due to Legally supreme female law structure and society, no one come forward to complaint against women as our Singhams (Police) it self suggests that the law we not help you. But today the thing and thought has change as many NGO fighting for men right are active in society but there efforts are less then that of women activist hence they get less notice, friends it is the time when we should united and protest strongly against false case and seek protection just like women as we are also human. One can understand that we have our business to earn bread and butter and have less time for the cause but we can seek proper direction from NGO to act on it.

Remember if we wait for the right time to come it will never come, let us begin where we are and with what we have.
