Irrespective of Gender – Crime has to pay !! – Vaastav Foundation

Irrespective of Gender – Crime has to pay !!

Success of Vaastav Foundation. Woman booked for cheating for reneging on divorce agreement and threatening with false 498a.

Irrespective of Gender – Crime has to pay !! In today’s times where a Man is easily assumed guilty of all possible wrongs on Women, in a time where Man has no Hope to save himself if he is innocent …here comes a thought changer.. !! !!! Recently in Kandivali Police station a unique matter has been reported with much courage & Hope. Manaav(name changed) was from a middle class family working with an IT company having same aspirations as any other common man. To settle himself in good job, get a good wife and to take care of his parents and family who meant a lot to him. But perhaps all dreams are not easy to be fulfilled. He got married and the marriage faced troubles right from the beginning wherein his Wife, Mother-in-law and others in a bid to end the troubled marriage demanded Rupees 2 lakhs. After agreeing to a mutual consent divorce and getting PAID too, the demands did not end but there began a story of extortion to get more money or face Fake Cases .. 498A, DV or more worse will follow. The scared to death husband & family sought an NGO named Vaastav Foundation’s help who gave them enough Courage & Hope that made them determined to fight back the threats of such extortion and much more… The husband under the able guidance of an learned and genuine lawyer filed an complaint in the Hon’ble Court and strongly argued and pleaded for fair Justice. The Magistrate looking into the facts of the case directed the Police to file an FIR against the Extortionist wife, mother-in-law and another relative. The Kandivali west police station took due time to investigate the said facts and finally were surprised and Filed an FIR under Sections 385 (extortion), 420 (cheating), 34 (Common Intention).

In a time where Wife is assumed Right and Husband by default the wrong doer, such views will surely need to be re-looked as Crime knows no Gender… Male or Female, if Law is broken then same and severest punishment is must irrespective of any Gender Bias or else our Society will crumble to pieces
