Vaastav came as “A Ray of Hope” for me a totally depressed person who was on verge to take extreme steps of self hurt, I came accross Vaastav Foundation and than i started to attend the Weekly Meetings and getting counseled by the vasstav counselling team. The most important thing that i learnt during the sessions reminds me of a quote Mahatma Gandhi “First they ignore you, then they mock you, then they fight you, then you win “!!

Some of the most joyous and memorable moments are attending the International Men’s Day Campaign and Vaastav Marathon, The experience was worth it as it really inspired me to give back to the society. Vaastav lives up to its name. It gives one the hope that things can be changed and will change.
