Chandan Samant

I am a Civil Engineer by profession and a victim of biased women centric laws and fake cases.
I came in contact with Men’s Rights Group in 2010 and joined Save Indian Family (SIF) Mumbai Chapter in 2010.
I got a lot of moral and emotional strength from this group apart from legal guidance and counselling. The way these brothers were helping men and their families in distress selflessly touched my heart and I decided to join this movement and help others who are victims like me.

We were successful in our moto and our team founded Vaastav Foundation, a registered NGO which works under the umbrella of SIF and we run a helpline exclusively for men in distress.
As part of my contribution to the movement, I have been fortunate to have opportunity to represent my NGO in many short documentary films, events, campaigns and news debates.
I am not an advocate but what i learned from my past experience, i share my knowledge and help fellow victims and their families to come out of this problem successfully by being a responsible counsellor of Vaastav.

Looking forward to make this country free from gender biased laws and make gender neutral laws for everyone.

“Men’s Rights are also Human Rights”

and even they deserve a “Purush Aayog”. Only then i will think there is a true gender equality in our country.
